ce, when acknowledged in a sufficient amount of time. Some people call it intuition or a premonition, which can save you from placing yourself in harm’s way. Ignoring that inner voice and pushing your panic away can create more damage than good, if you should be listening to your gut feeling that tells you to flee. It is only when your feeling of panic is so commonplace that you fear everything everywhere you go that it is a problem. If panic does become such a regular thing that even the simplest of tasks panic away sends you into a state of full anxiety, then it’s time to make a change. The solution is to analyze and acknowledge your inner voice and make sure it is not holding you back from enjoying your life. When that occurs, then you can always seek help from a medical professional to assist you in identifying the legitimate times when you should be listening to your inner voice of warning.
